Bathroom Bidets

Leave You and the Bath Clean and Refreshed

Bathroom Bidets

The word bidet is now becoming a universal term. And, most probably, you have encountered a basin fixed on toilet sits that has water nozzles. The seat is supposed to clean you after you have used the bathroom. Bidets are common in European, South American, and Asian countries. As of now, they are increasingly becoming common in the United States.
What makes a home bidet relevant to most of us is the reason we wash our hands even with detergents after using the Bathroom. In the real sense, the hands are not the dirtiest place. Still, they have to be cleaned. On the other hand, the excretory channels are by far the dirtiest. The priority for cleaning with water and detergent should be focused on this first before washing hands. If you have high-quality bidet models with inbuilt driers, they will clean you with hot water and dry you up. Isn’t this more hygienic?

The next step will be mounting the Bidet to the toilet. The Bidet will have a plastic mounting plate that has to be positioned on the rim's back. As such, it should align with the existing screw holes. With the plate mounted, slide the Bidet in it till it assumes the right position.

Just like above, shut off the supply valve and empty the flushing tank. Disengage the cold-water hose and the element and remove the T-valve from the toilet water supply. Now reinstall the water supply to the flush tank.

The remaining part is to disconnect the element by shutting the control valve below the sink. Then turn off the tap and empty the pipes. You have to disengage the warm water and the element. Lastly, the T-valve should be unmounted from the water supply.

Once done, you got to remove the element from the toilet, clean it and replace the seat.

Every toilet should have a bidet, and this one doesn’t disappoint. With two angles, and a self clean function, it meets the needs of my family’s 1 bathroom usage. Simple to install, because I did it while on the phone with a friend. The fit on my toilet, doesn’t raise the seat at all. Everyone in my house seems a little happier now that our bums are cleaner. Once you bidet, you’ll never “go” the same again.

So fresh, so clean!
This is a solid and well-priced bidet. Once installed, it will help you to have extra confidence in your cleanliness after using the bathroom. And you will need far less toilet paper. The home bidet installation is fairly straight-forward and takes about 15 minutes.

This is the second unit I buy and install. Of course, the installation of the second one was much quicker and felt easier than the first, but even the first presented no problems and I am not a handyman at all. It's a wonderful addition to the bathroom. Once you get used to it there is no way you want to go back to a bidet-less miserable life. Que viva el bidet!
